Panini-EYE VER 19.2 is platform dealing with carious aspects of underwater image processing. Real time image and videos are captured by submersible camera and feed to MATLAB for post-processing. The camera is attached to mechanical robotic arms. At a time 3 cameras can be pointed towards targets and XYZ position control by the robotic arms and holders. The image data is captured through camera and send over USB 2.0 cable which is 20 feel long. Panini - EYE offers platform for Study & image processing of various underwater objects, incest, fungus, biological things, ROV , sediment, metallic & non metallic objects. Panini-EYE consists off MATLAB based  processing control panel & motor drivers , water body , submersible camera, submersible targets, temperature sensor.
Mechanical Gantry hold the camera system and targets. It also provides  to rotate the camera in azimuth plane at various heights. Incident light over the target can be controlled using submersible bulb. Various targets are printed on stainless steel plate like human photo , numerical , trigonometric shapes. These targets deeper in water with help of target holder the tides are generated using propeller in water.
